Coast Corporation receives many requests from individuals, companies, and agencies located outside the United States for our products. Our products are subject to export restrictions and therefore it is the buyer's responsibility to request and obtain all necessary licenses for the use and/or export of the subject items. For this reason, you will notice an export requirement at the bottom of each product listing these codes:

• NLR: No License Required
  
• BXA: Bureau of Export Administration
  
• ODTC: Department of State, Office of Defense Trade Controls

All export licenses take time. And as such there may be price fluctuation from ordering to delivery.
